MUFTI MUBAJJE HAS FALLEN SICK ONCE OF MALARIA DISEASE, SLEPT UNDER MOSQUITO NET FOR 20 YEARS

Mufti Shaban Mubajje, head of Uganda Muslim Supreme Council has rallied Ugandans to embrace sleeping under the mosquito net because it has saved him from malaria disease in the 20 years.

“Over 30 years ago, I made a resolution to always sleep under a mosquito net, and I can testify that for over the past 20 years, I have only fallen sick of malaria once”, said Mufti Mubajje

Dr Diana Atwine, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Health hosted the leadership of the Uganda Muslim Supreme Council led by Mufti Shaban Mubajje to discuss partnership on awareness for health promotion and disease prevention.

The Ministry of Health agreed to share health information daily that will benefit the Moslem Congregation that attends 5 times a day.
