COSAFA Girls U-17: Uganda puts 11 past Mauritius

Uganda beat host nation Mauritius on 11 goals to 0 at the ongoing COSAFA U 17 women’s tournament in a game played in the Mauritian capital Port Louis.

Uganda’s captain Juliet Nalukenge was in top notch form finding the net six times as Uganda eased to victory at the inaugural Cosafa U 17 Women’s tournament.

Uganda are featuring in the south African region tournament as guest nation but today’s performance is a strong message about the kind of guests they are.

Uganda’s big win is the third highest score at the tournament after South Africa’s 28-0 thrashing of South Africa on Saturday and Zambia’s 15-0 win over Comoros earlier on Sunday.
