President Yoweri Museveni has eased on the lockdown after six month since COVID19 pandemic spread across the country. On his 17th address to Ugandans he said candidate classes will open on the 15th October 2020.
He also allowed 70 people in each place of worship every day minus children. He also opened borders for tourism as longer they follow strict SOPs.
“As we open borders the tour operators should make sure tourists dont mingle with local people. They should be transported direct to the hotels selected and tourism sites”, said Museveni.
President Museveni said out door sports will open without spectators and the players tested 72 hours and after every 14 days. Teams should be quarantined the whole season.
President Yoweri Museveni asked people to make their business safe if they want them to survive. Nobody will support a business that risks their lives.
He did not open bars, monthly cattle markets and political meetings.
