Barahm University students demonstrate over postponed education tour

Mass communication students of Bishop Barham university kabale are accusing the University administrators for a denied trip in time. Akampurira Isaac a third year student doing mass communication speaking with our reporter today at campus grounds Rugarama hill Kabale municipality says that their mass communication coordinator Easter Ayebazibwe promised them a trip but she keeps on postponing it. The trip happens every year whereby they paid 150,000 shillings thus expressed their concerns to the University Principle who promised to address them but it was all in vain.
Bless Orishaba also a mass communication student says that Madam Easter promised them to go after exams yet the trip is always meant for study purposes and acquisition of knowledge which disturbed their minds thus decided to peacefully demonstrate or they are paid back their money.
further added that the trip is not for leisure but to study for exams
and he wonders why the trip was pushed after exams. Phiphi Atuhaire says
that she is not happy because of their mass Coordinator Easter who has
not listened to them and whenever they ask to
meet her she would not respond but yesterday at the last hour Easter came saying that they are supposed to go on Wednesday then after she changed programs to go after exams.
Bishop Barham University secretary Ivan Abaasa says that all grievances in students will be sorted out tomorrow on Wednesday.
